Choose Jaffa Cake Hall or Hobnob Hall
Great for children's (or grown up) parties
To the left of the building, Hobnob Hall has direct access to the ramp, a large kitchen and you can even use the outdoor court if it is available.
On the right of the building, just inside the main entrance, Jaffa Cake Hall is an equally versatile area, good for young children. Jaffa has its own kitchen and an enclosed, covered outdoor space and you can use the garden if it is available. Jaffa Cake Hall is approximately 15 x 18 metres (49 x 59 feet). The Soft Play Room leads from Jaffa Cake Hall and can be hired with the hall.

- Our Halls have lots of space for children to run around or for a children’s entertainer, as well as large hard floor areas which makes for an easy clean up afterwards.
- Parents can relax on our sofas as children play or dance.
- Both Jaffa Cake Hall and Hobnob halls have connected kitchens with serving hatches.
- Hire includes use of tables, chairs, serving and kitchen equipment.
- Want a bouncy castle? Yes, we can fit one in 12 foot x 12 foot and up to 7.5 feet high. (You will need to hire in your own bouncy castle)
- Want soft play? Easy, just hire Jaffa Cake Hall and for a small extra fee, you can use the connected soft play room suitable for children aged 1- 7 years.

Weekend Party Deal
If your party is on a Saturday or Sunday and will finish by 6pm, then we've got a special weekend party deal you can take advantage of. When you go through to our booking screen - you can choose from the drop down list for “Activity Type” and “Price Rate” – WEEK-END PARTY DEAL.
If you are planning on hiring Jaffa Cake Hall and would like use of the soft play room (for ages 1-7 years) look for Additional (line) Items, “Line Item Group” – “General Hire” then from the Line Item drop down, choose Soft Play.
Click the + symbol
On the booking calendar screen, click the + symbol on your desired room. Create and account or sign in, fill in your details and complete the booking form. (If there is no + sign, the room is not available that day).
For weekend parties finishing by 6pm: choose from the drop down list for “Activity Type” and “Price Rate” – WEEK-END PARTY DEAL.

The rates we advertise on our website are for charity and community use. For other use or commercial rates, please email with details of your organisation and proposed use of the space.
Discounts for Series Bookings – a 10% reduction can be applied when a series of 6 or more, same room, same day, same times is booked at regular weekly or monthly intervals.

Hire Terms & ConditionsCancellations
Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the event with no charge.
If 14 days of notice, or less is given, the full fee is charged.
Where there are unavoidable cancellations by the Beacon or due to government restrictions, fees will be refunded in full.
Payments
Our preferred payment method is via BACS bank transfer, however we also accept payments cash or cheque. Full payment details will be provided on your invoice.
